How to use the Usage page and track escalations

I walk through the DraftPilot usage page so you can monitor your team's activity and measure playbook effectiveness. I start with the default three‑month view that shows total playbooks created, reviews, AI chat usage, and time spent, then dive into the top‑bar options: summary, actions by user, and reviews by user, which let you filter activity by individual or by playbook. Next, I demonstrate escalation analytics—seeing which playbooks generate the most escalations and where to add fallbacks. Finally, I show how every document run is logged, how to identify inactive users for license reallocation, and how to export all data to Excel for deeper KPI analysis.
